In 1974, Frank Novelli Sr began his lifelong career in the sign industry working at Weber Supply Company. He started as a delivery truck driver and soon moved into outside  sales. In 1978,he changed directions and went to work for a retail sign company. Again, he immediately established a great reputation within the company and was promoted to General Manager.

Frank Sr was offered numerous ownership positions throughout the years yet he saw his future working solely for himself. He opened Diamond Advertising in 1982. While the advertising specialty business was prosperous in the early 80’s,Frank Sr took another direction by opening Banner Supply; which began as a wholesale manufacturer of blank and decorated banners.

In 1985 while still operating Diamond Advertising, Frank Sr brought in his son Frank Novelli Jr to assist him with the operations of Banner Supply. While the banner and sign industry grew stronger, Diamond Advertising was closed in 1997.

FrankJr has since gained knowledge in all aspects of the business. He manages staff,oversees purchasing and accounting and the daily operations. FrankJr is very “hands on”,most days you can find him in the warehouse helping employees with the CNC router,digital printers,or possibly sewing or grommeting banners. If there is not a client in his office you may even find him sweeping the floor. Following his father’s example,there is really nothing he will not do!In 2005,both Frankjr and Frank Sr recognized the need for change and streamlined the business. By desiring to meet the needs oftheir clients, Banner Supply began to offer digital printing, CNC routing, decals, dimensional letters and logos,custom vehicle wraps,and contract sewing.

Banner Supply proudly remains a family owned and operated business to this day.
